The fees of No Objection Certificate of Blood Bank is fixed of an amount of Rs. 7500/- (Seven Thousand five hundred) only.

i) Processing fees Rs. 6000/- (Rupees Six Thousand) only.

ii) Visit fees Rs. 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred) only.
