Assam State Blood Transfusion Council was first established in 1996 as a society and was registered under Registration of Societies Act XXI of 1860 vides registration no. RS/KAM/240/142 of 1996-97 under the president ship of Commissioner and Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Health & Family Welfare Department.

So any Donation from Individuals /Corporate /Trust /NGO ,They can Directly mail or call to Director of ASBTC.
